I recently had a conversation with a friend whose son showed some interest in engineering when they visited the U.C. Berkeley engineering program. Mind you, he’s about 10 years old! Awesome! Right?! This is when parents need to make a move and keep that interest going. She commented on a recent post of mine regarding a STEM engineering program for girls in Atlanta that she would like to see programs like that here. I offered to find some programs in the Bay Area and thought I would share them with you. A few of these programs are statewide.
